Personal Development - A Self-Help Program

(2/24 sessions each week for 6 weeks and follow-up if required)

This program is for people who are committed to making positive changes in their life. The fundamental needs and personal objectives of each client are established. Drawing on Jungian Psychology, you are given the tools you need to make changes and create the life you want for yourself. In these classes you will learn how to reclaim your power, creativity and potential. Emphasis is on relationships, the mid-life period, career, families and teenagers.

*It is advisable to do the Meditation Course before enrolling in the program, as this will greatly enhance your understanding of the processes involved.
